Stewed Potato Powder with Kelp Lettuce

Soaked seaweed shreds.

Soak a bag of potato flour in warm water.

Wash the lettuce and set aside.

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot, and sauté ginger, garlic, pepper, sesame and dried red pepper until fragrant.

Appropriate amount of boiling water, salt, light soy sauce to taste.
