Stewed Potatoes

Wash the potatoes, peel them and cut into small pieces.

Heat the pan with oil, add potatoes, salt and stir fry, stir fry until the potatoes start to soften, add garlic and stir fry together.

Add the light soy sauce and the potatoes covered with water, boil over high heat, and simmer over medium heat.

When leaving a little bit of soup, add a spoonful of June fragrant bean paste and stir fry evenly. Add coriander to the pan.
