Stewed Potatoes with Chicken Wings
1.
Preparation: 250g of a large potato and 300g of chicken wings. Clean the chicken wings and chop them into pieces.
2.
Cut potatoes into pieces.
3.
Put the oil in the pan, add the chicken nuggets and stir fry at 7-8% of the oil temperature, stir-fry the water, and pull the chicken nuggets to the side. (I'm lazy and I should put the chicken nuggets out of the pot) Add ginger and garlic, stir fry until it tastes good, add potatoes.
4.
Stir-fry the chicken pieces for a few minutes while savoring.
5.
Add appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and cook until the potatoes are cooked noodles. You can control the maturity of potatoes according to your own taste. If you want to add water with soup, you need to add enough. When the dishes are ready, the original taste of the soup is greatly reduced by diluting it with water.
