Stewed Potatoes with Mushrooms

Clean the mushrooms and cut them in half, slice the pork, peel the carrots, wash and cut into small pieces.

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into small pieces.

Pick and wash the rapeseed.

Boil in the pot.

Place the rapeseed on the plate.

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped green onion and stir fry until fragrant. Add pork and stir-fry until white.

Add potatoes and carrots and stir fry.

Add shiitake mushrooms and stir fry for a while.

Add the braised sauce and stir fry evenly.

Add appropriate amount of water and simmer.

When the soup is thick, add salt and mix thoroughly.
Tips:
Soy sauce can be added without the braised sauce.
