Shiitake mushrooms are rich in vitamin D. Mushroom protein contains 18 kinds of amino acids. Among the 8 kinds of amino acids necessary for the human body, shiitake mushrooms account for 7 kinds, and most of them are L-type amino acids, which have high activity and are easily absorbed by the body. Ingredients

Stewed Potatoes with Mushrooms

1. Clean the mushrooms and cut them in half, slice the pork, peel the carrots, wash and cut into small pieces.

2. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into small pieces.

3. Pick and wash the rapeseed.

4. Boil in the pot.

5. Place the rapeseed on the plate.

9. Add the braised sauce and stir fry evenly.

10. Add appropriate amount of water and simmer.

11. When the soup is thick, add salt and mix thoroughly.

Tips:

Soy sauce can be added without the braised sauce.
