Steamed rice is not as fragrant as braised. After eating steamed rice with meat in a jar, I suddenly realized that it should be braised.
You can't just use meat, you have to go with some dishes. It just so happened that the soaked marinated cowpea had nowhere to go due to the cancellation of the plan, so it was simply used as a pot of stewed rice to try the effect.
The pickled cowpea is chopped into pieces to match the rice. Chopped pickled cowpeas seemed to have more than rice. I hesitated for a moment, or use all the pickled cowpeas. Otherwise, what should I do with the remaining half? On the other hand, the meat of the jar is cut into pieces, and the fat and the thin are separated, and it is more fat and thin. It is still cut into small pieces, at least, every bite of meat is somewhat thin. Stir out the excess oil from the jar meat and pour it out, so you can eat less oil.
Put the fried meat and vegetable rice into the rice cooker and follow the general cooking procedure. After about 40 minutes, you can eat a pot of fragrant jarred meat stewed red rice. It is full of fragrance, and the taste of jar meat and pickled cowpea is quite good. . . . . "
