Stewed Rice with Potatoes and Mushrooms

The ingredients are ready, shiitake mushrooms, carrots and potatoes are diced, and the rice is washed in advance and soaked in water for 1 hour.

Put the mushrooms, carrots, and potatoes into a microwave oven, add a teaspoon of oyster sauce, a teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of cooking oil and 20ml of soy sauce and mix well.

Cover with a hole and put it in a microwave oven, and heat it for 3 minutes with a microwave power of P100.

Put in rice, add appropriate amount of water (rice to water ratio is 1:1.5), spread corn, green beans, potatoes and shiitake mushrooms on top, first microwave power P100 Dawu fire for 5 minutes, then turn to microwave power P50 medium heat for 15 minutes (After the heating is completed, continue to simmer in it for 5 minutes for better results)
