Stewed Saury

The processed saury is washed with clean water, and all the seasonings are mixed to make a juice.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan and heat it up and fry the fish until golden on both sides and cooked.

Pour in the adjusted sauce, cover the pot and cook on medium heat. Turn the fish over from time to time and turn off the heat when the sauce becomes less and thicker.
