This dish was taught to me by a lawyer friend. He explained it to a group of female colleagues in my office that day. They said they were drooling. I went home and tried it a few times. It was delicious. .

Stewed Saury with Onion and Shiitake Mushrooms

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Wash the saury, cut in half, and drain the water

3. Put the seasonings in a small bowl and stir evenly (soybean paste, cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt) for later use

4. Wash coriander and cut into small pieces, mince garlic

5. Wash onions and cut into small pieces, wash and chop shiitake mushrooms

6. In the frying pan, fry the saury until slightly golden

7. After the saury is fried to golden brown, add red pepper, onion, shiitake mushroom and garlic

8. Then put in the seasoning in Figure 3

9. Then pour in the water, the water will pass the saury fish noodles

10. Cover the pot and simmer until cooked

11. Add coriander after it's simmered

Tips:

Shimizu will have saury fish noodles.
