Stewed Saury with Onion and Shiitake Mushrooms

Prepare the ingredients

Wash the saury, cut in half, and drain the water

Put the seasonings in a small bowl and stir evenly (soybean paste, cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt) for later use

Wash coriander and cut into small pieces, mince garlic

Wash onions and cut into small pieces, wash and chop shiitake mushrooms

In the frying pan, fry the saury until slightly golden

After the saury is fried to golden brown, add red pepper, onion, shiitake mushroom and garlic

Then put in the seasoning in Figure 3

Then pour in the water, the water will pass the saury fish noodles

Cover the pot and simmer until cooked

Add coriander after it's simmered
Tips:
Shimizu will have saury fish noodles.
