Soak the sea cucumbers in clean water (use a fresh-keeping box, do not stick to the oil, put it in the refrigerator, and change the water every eight hours).

Take it out two days later, cut the belly with a knife to wash away the dirty stuff. Don’t remove these white strips. Don’t get rid of them. They are the most nutritious. Sea cucumbers are like this. I still need to understand the others.
