Stewed Sirloin with Yam

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Beef brisket cut into pieces and yam cut into pieces

3. Stir-fry sirloin in oil

4. Add cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, ginger and garlic saute

5. Add 2 bowls of water to a boil on medium to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes

6. Add yam stew

7. Stew soft and rotten out of the pot
