Stewed Spaghetti with Short Ribs

Fresh beef tenderloin, open the bag and take out a part of it

Marinate the light soy sauce and old soy sauce in cooking wine for ten minutes, and set aside the spaghetti.

Stir-fry the beef tenderloin with green onion and ginger in hot oil

Add appropriate amount of water and simmer for about 45 minutes on low heat. The beef ribs are simmered.

(I take out a portion of the stewed beef tenderloin and cook it separately) Reserve a portion according to personal consumption, add spaghetti, and simmer for 20 minutes. Each type of spaghetti has different cooking times, so please read the instructions.

After 20 minutes, simmer everything and serve.
