Stewed Tianqi with Crab

Wash the crabs, open the lid to remove the crab sieve, crab navel and crab stomach, and soak in water for 15 minutes.

Blanch the lean meat in a pot under cold water.

Drain the crab after soaking in the water. Put the lean meat, ginger slices and Tianqi slices in the soup bowl.
