Stewed Tilapia
1.
Wash the fish, beat a flower knife, and pat a thin layer of flour. I marinated the flower knife with cooking wine, green onion, ginger, pepper and salt for a while, and washed the fish with the flour.
2.
Fry the fish in the pot, slowly fry it over a low fire, don’t worry
3.
Fry it so that it's golden on both sides
4.
Put all the green onion, ginger, pepper, aniseed, star anise, bay leaf and chili into the pot to burst the fragrance
5.
Then turn the fish over and put it on top of all the condiments
6.
Pour the vinegar along the side of the pot
7.
Pour soy sauce and dark soy sauce
8.
Mix in appropriate amount of water, add salt, sugar, and simmer over medium heat. Remember to turn over after simmering, the fish is very thick, so both sides should be simmered for a while
9.
We started to collect the soup over the fire. We used a spoon to pour the soup onto the fish one by one.
10.
Out of the pot
11.
The color is not bad
12.
Good-looking and delicious
