Stewed Tofu

Cut the tofu into small pieces and the green onions into chopped green onions;

Pour oil in a pot, heat over medium heat, add chopped green onion and sauté;

Add tofu and stir-fry, add appropriate amount of soy sauce to mix, add appropriate amount of water to stew;
4.
When the water in the pot is boiled, add some salt to taste;

When the soup is thickened, add an appropriate amount of chicken essence and stir well.
Tips:
1. Tofu can be blanched in hot water in advance and then simmered, which can remove the beany flavor and not easily disperse during stewing;
2. When stewing tofu, use a spatula to push the pot from time to time to avoid sticking to the pot.
