Stewed Tofu Sushi

Divide the tofu into 2 equal parts and sprinkle with salt, and use a kitchen paper towel to remove the moisture

Pour cooking oil in a saucepan over medium heat and roast until all the tofu is browned

Put the soy sauce (5), water (3), and oligosaccharides (3) in and marinate until the moisture disappears
4.
Add sweet vinegar to the hot rice and cut into bite-sized pieces
5.
Slice the tofu and put it on the rice
Tips:
Sweet vinegar liquid: salt (0.2), sugar (0.5), vinegar (2). It is also good to spread loofah between rice and tofu or cut seaweed into long strips.
