Stewed Tofu with Minced Meat and Winter Vegetables

Cut winter vegetables into small cubes for later use

Put the minced meat in the pot and fry it, then add a small amount of hot pot bottom ingredients to fry

Add green onion, ginger, minced garlic and stir fry evenly

Add the winter vegetables and stir fry evenly

Add the tofu and stir fry, then add water that has just barely covered the tofu, add salt, chicken essence, and light soy sauce. Bring to a boil.

Simmer over low heat until the soup is about to dry. You can sprinkle a little green pepper or chopped green onion before serving. The color is nice and the aroma is strong.
