Stewed Tremella with Chrysanthemum and Almond
1.
After soaking the white fungus in advance, tear it into small flowers;
2.
Just wash almonds and chrysanthemums;
3.
Put the prepared white fungus into the stewing pot first; then put the chrysanthemum and almonds;
4.
Add an appropriate amount of rock sugar;
5.
Pour boiling water to eighty or nine minutes full;
6.
Cover the lid of the stew pot, put in the electronic stew pot, pour boiling water to the highest water level on the periphery, cover the large lid outside, and simmer for about 2.5 to 3 hours!
Tips:
1. There is a folk saying of "two pots and three stews", that is, the soup is cooked for about two hours, and the stewed product is about three hours. I have tried the white fungus in 2 hours, but the glue has not been produced yet, and the glue will be produced in 2.5 hours, not bad!
2. There is scale on the bottom of the pot every time it is used up. Soak it in vinegar to clean it well~
3. The southern almonds are sweet and the northern almonds are bitter. Both are fine, but the northern almonds cannot be put too much! The effect of the medicine is almost the same, both have the effect of relieving cough and moisturizing the lungs~
