Stewed Tremella with Snow Swallow, Peach Gum and Soap Horn Rice
1.
Soak the snow swallow, peach gum, and saponified rice, respectively, in room temperature water for 12 hours (one night) and change the water halfway. Soak the white fungus in warm water for 3 hours.
2.
Pick out the snow swallow and peach gum impurities, then filter and rinse. Change the water and continue soaking until the next day.
3.
Prepare the cleaned and soaked ingredients by filtering water.
4.
I use an electric kettle. You can use a casserole or a white steel pot. Put the peach gum and white fungus and saponaria rice into the pot first, add 2L-3L of purified water and start cooking, and cook on low heat for about 20 minutes.
5.
Cook for 20 minutes and then pour in the snow swallows (because the snow swallows easily melt into water, put them last.
6.
After putting the snow swallows, put the rock sugar and cook on a low fire for ten minutes.
7.
Once the "goddess soup" is simmered, it is ready to be served.
