Stewed Yam with Noodles.

Peel the yam, wash and cut into hob pieces

Soak the vermicelli with cold water once
3.
Scallions, chopped green onions, shredded ginger, and cut coriander into sections
4.
Stir the scallions and ginger with hot oil in a pot
5.
Pour the yam cubes and stir fry once
6.
Add the right amount of water to the pot and simmer for half an hour, then add the soaked noodles
7.
Change to medium heat and continue to simmer for half an hour, add salt to taste and sprinkle with coriander before serving
