Stewed Yuba with Carrots
1.
Discard the oil in the pot and sauté the minced ginger and garlic
2.
Pour in sliced carrots and fry in oil for 5 minutes

Add half a bowl of water

Stir-fry the soaked yuba and fungus
5.
Add the oil and soy sauce
6.
Simmer until the juice is collected

Out of the pot and plate
