Stick Bone Soy Lotus Root Soup
1.
Bone bones in a pot of cold water, boil until the water boils and remove.
2.
Fill the casserole with water and put in the stick bones that have been rinsed with water.
3.
After the fire is boiled, remove the floating foam on the surface.
4.
Add the ginger slices, cover the casserole and simmer for an hour.
5.
Cut the lotus root into long strips and pour it into the pot.
6.
Pour in the soybeans soaked in advance, cover the casserole and continue to boil for one or two hours.
7.
Let it simmer for three hours, and finally add salt to taste.
Tips:
1. There are a lot of dirty foam in the stick bone, even if it flies over the water, it will still be boiled out, so remove it after boiling.
2. The casserole I use is 3L. I use the smallest fire to boil for a long time. After cooking, I basically have half of the pot left.
