Sticky Bean Buns

Add flour and rice noodles to the basin at 1:1, then add an appropriate amount of Angel and mix well

Mix the powder with warm water to form a smooth dough, put it in a warm place for proofing

Tear the dough to have even gaps, fermentation is complete

The dough is vented and divided into even small doses. I made two pots with my amount, half of the surface is on the panel.

Roll out the agent, add bean paste and wrap it up, closing the mouth down
6.
Put on the steamer, bring to a boil on high heat, turn off the heat after 20 minutes, and simmer for 2 minutes
7.
Finished product out of the pot
