I used to go to a friend’s house for dinner. My friend’s mother cooked this dish and I thought it was delicious. I often make them and eat them when I get home.

Stir-fried Apple Mushrooms with Tofu

1. raw material

2. Cut and remove the stalks of the apple mushrooms

3. Tofu cut into strips or slices

4. Put oil in the wok, add tofu and fry

5. Serve when it's golden brown and set aside

9. The apple mushrooms will be juicy. Slowly cook for about five or six minutes. Add salt, chicken essence or sesame oil.
