Stir-fried Asparagus with Sausage

Wash the asparagus, peel off the old skin, and cut into sections with an oblique knife.

Cut the sausage into thin slices.
3.
Bring water to a boil, add 1 tablespoon of oil and 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and blanch the asparagus for about 2 minutes.
4.
Pick up the asparagus and immediately wash it with cold water to keep it fresh and green.
5.
Heat up the oil pan and stir-fry the sausage to get the oil out.
6.
Add the asparagus and stir well.
7.
Add salt, sugar and chicken essence and stir well.
8.
Very refreshing.
