Stir-fried Asparagus with Shrimp

Shell the shrimp, remove the shrimp thread, clean and set aside.

Remove the old shells, cut off the asparagus, wash and set aside.

Cut the green onion, ginger, and garlic into pieces for later use.

Heat in a frying pan until it is six mature, pour in corn oil, pour shrimp, garlic and tender ginger.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, pour the asparagus, and stir-fry for a few minutes on high heat.

Pour the shrimps and stir-fry together for a minute.
7.
Add a spoonful of salt and a little light soy sauce. Stir-fry evenly out of the pan.
