Stir-fried Bacon with Artemisia

Wash the bacon in boiling water;

Put the cleaned bacon into the pot and steam for 20 minutes;

Cut the steamed bacon into slices, and prepare other raw materials;

Heat the pan, add a little oil, add bacon slices in the cold oil and stir fry;

Stir-fry until the fat in the bacon is transparent and the fat is slightly exuded;

Add garlic slices and dried chili, stir fry;

After the aroma comes out, put the wormwood in and stir fry;

After the color changes slightly, add a little salt and stir fry evenly;
9.
Put it into a bowl.
Tips:
1. As the bacon is smoked and dried outside, it must be rinsed with boiling water first, and then steamed in advance and cut into slices for later use;
2. When frying the bacon slices, heat the pan with cool oil, add the slices of bacon and stir fry until the fat on the slices is slightly oily and transparent;
3. Artemisia vulgaris is relatively easy to cook and should not be stir-fried for a long time. Salt can be added to taste after only a slight discoloration, but the bacon is more salty, so be careful to put less salt.
