I went to the supermarket on the weekend to buy a few vegetables that I usually seldom buy. Colored peppers are also one of them. Although my son doesn't like to eat them very much, they are very eye-catching when used as side dishes;
Yesterday, I just received bacon from Hunan, and the restaurant cooked it. The scent permeated the whole kitchen. It was fragrant but not greasy, and it was not good enough to eat. I used a few slices of colored pepper to stir-fry it. It was beautiful and appetizing. It was great for serving. . "

Stir-fried Bacon with Bell Pepper

1. Prepare the required materials, the yellow pepper forgot to put in

2. Boil the bacon in water for 20 minutes to 8 mature

3. Fish up and cut into small pieces

4. Cut the colored pepper into small slices, and cut the ginger, garlic and Hunan pepper into small slices for later use

5. Heat the pan with little oil, add the bacon slices and stir up the oil

6. Add the bean paste, ginger, garlic and Hunan pepper and stir-fry evenly

7. Pour in colored pepper slices and stir-fry quickly until broken (I added a few more cucumber slices)

8. Add salt and shallots and stir fry to enhance the flavor

9. Get it on the table

Tips:

Boil the bacon first to reduce the salt content, and the smoky flavor will be lighter;
Don't fry the colored pepper for too long, just cut off the raw, so as not to lose the taste;
The bacon is salty, so you need a little salt.
