Stir-fried Bacon with Broccoli Tea

Slice the bacon, shred the tea, and scald it with boiling water to remove.

Wash the broccoli, cut into small stalks, blanch in boiling water until it is half-cooked and remove.

Heat oil in the pot, put down the ginger, garlic, and chili until fragrant.

Put down the bacon and stir until the color turns.

Put down the tea and stir well.

Put down the broccoli.

Add cooking wine, a little water, and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add salt and stir well.

Add fresh soy sauce, chicken essence, and stir well.
Tips:
1. Put some oil in the boiling water for blanching broccoli, so that the blanched dish is shiny.
2. The bacon has a salty taste, so put a little less salt.
