Stir-fried Bacon with Chili

Soak the bacon in cold water overnight to get rid of some saltiness. Slice after soaking.

Soak the black fungus in boiling water, add an appropriate amount of starch, clean it, and drain the water.

Wash the fine chilies and cut them diagonally into chili rings.

Heat the wok, pour in the salad oil, pour in the sliced bacon and stir fry.
5.
Pour in chili and oily tempeh and stir-fry evenly.
6.
Pour the black fungus and stir fry evenly.
7.
Pour in an appropriate amount of light soy sauce and stir-fry until the moisture is dry.
Tips:
If you want to eat bacon in a hurry, you can slice the bacon first, then put it in the pot and cook for about 5 minutes, or you can remove some of the saltiness.
