Stir-fried Bacon with Dried Bamboo Shoots

Soak the dried bamboo shoots in warm water one day in advance. After washing, cut the dried bamboo shoots into thin slices.

Cut the bacon into thin slices, slice the garlic with an oblique knife, and cut the millet pepper into small sections.

Put cooking oil in a hot pan, add sliced bacon, stir-fry on low heat to get the oil.

Add dried chili, millet chili and fry until fragrant, add dried bamboo shoots.
