I am so happy to see that foodies are actively publishing recipe logs, so that I can have a lot of visual feasts and learn so many dishes!
All day long, as long as I have time, I stay in the gourmet house and wander around. It makes me dazzled: this is also good-looking, that is also delicious; this is a good idea, and that is a great match! In the afternoon, I thought about making more dishes in the evening, but no one would share being a white mouse when I did too much, which is also a headache!
However, I thought it for nothing. I got off work very late last night, which saved me from my wandering thoughts and dilemma. Two simple stir-fries dismissed my late dinner-I didn't eat until 9 o'clock.

Fortunately, all the materials used are available in the refrigerator. After washing and cutting, we will start to fry~~~"

Stir-fried Bacon with Garlic

1. Prepare all the materials used.

2. Wash the garlic sprouts, divide the stems and leaves into sections, and cut the red pepper into shreds.

3. Wash the bacon with hot water and slice it.

4. Wash the bean drum with water and set aside.

5. Heat the pan without adding oil, add the sliced bacon and stir fry.

6. Stir fry until the color changes and the oil comes out.

7. Because the bacon used is fatter and produces a lot of oil, the excess oil can be used in a small bowl for cooking later.

8. After draining the excess oil, turn off the heat, drop a few drops of light soy sauce and cooking wine (to make the bacon color and taste more fragrant).

9. Add garlic sprouts and stir-fry on medium heat.

10. Stir-fry the garlic aroma and add the red pepper shreds and stir well.

11. Then put in the garlic leaves.

12. Stir all the ingredients in the wok over medium heat.

13. Add the bean drum and stir well.

14. Finally add some chicken essence to taste.

15. Mix well out of the pot and serve on a plate.
