Stir-fried Bacon with Garlic Moss
1.
Wash the bacon with warm water. This bacon is fat enough.
2.
Cut into thin slices.
3.
Wash the garlic moss and drain the water.
4.
Remove the old part of the root and break it into small pieces by hand.
5.
Put the fat bacon in the pot.
6.
Boil the lard over medium-low heat until the bacon becomes transparent.
7.
Then add garlic moss.
8.
Add some red pepper and stir fry evenly.
9.
Add some cooking wine.
10.
Add a little salt and a little sugar and stir well.
11.
After adding some June fresh soy sauce and sautéing, I simmered it with a lid, or I can add a little water to boil it.
12.
Take out the pan and serve.
Tips:
1. For such fat bacon, there is no need to put oil in the pot when it is boiled. If it is real pork belly, you need to put some oil to stir fry.
2. The garlic moss itself has a sweet taste. My family likes sweet taste, so I also add a little sugar to taste. If you don't like it, don't add it.
