Stir-fried Bacon with Garlic Moss

Wash the bacon with warm water, this piece of bacon is fat enough, right

Boil the lard over medium and low heat until the bacon becomes transparent

Tips:
1. For such fat bacon, there is no need to put oil in the pot when it is boiled. If it is real pork belly, you need to put some oil to stir fry
2. The garlic moss itself has a sweet taste. My family likes sweet taste, so I also added a little sugar to taste. If you don’t like it, don’t add it.
