Stir-fried Bacon with Garlic Stalks

Put the bacon in the rice washing water and wash it with a brush.

The bacon is submerged in water, cook for 20 minutes, and cut into slices while hot.

Cut garlic into sections, slice carrots, slice garlic, and break dry chilies.
