Stir-fried Bacon with Green Garlic
1.
The main ingredient, dried chili forgot to take photos
2.
Wash the bacon and boil it in boiling water for 10 minutes
3.
Wash the green garlic and cut into sections, slice the cooked bacon into thin slices, cut the dried chili into sections, and slice ginger and garlic into sections
4.
Add oil in the hot pan (just a little bit, because the bacon will get oily after a while), add the ginger and garlic slices first, let the scent come out on low heat, then turn to medium heat and fry the chili to dry
5.
When the pepper is dry and choking your nose, add the bacon and stir-fry to get oil
6.
Finally, stir-fry with green garlic, add salt, Laoganma-flavored tempeh, and chicken noodles and stir-fry well. Be careful not to add too much salt in this step, because the bacon itself is quite salty.
