Stir-fried Bacon with Green Pepper

Wash the bacon, cut into large pieces, put it in a pot and boil with cold water, cook for about 5 minutes

Take out the bacon and cut the bacon into even slices of appropriate thickness

Wash the green peppers and cut them into oblique sections; slice garlic and ginger, cut garlic leaves into small sections, soak the tempeh in water for 2 minutes, rinse and set aside

Pour in a small amount of cold water, after the water boils, pour some light soy sauce on it, pick it up and put it on a plate
Tips:
1. Because bacon is usually salty, this dish does not need to add salt;
2. To make the color more vivid, you can add 2 red peppers.
