Stir-fried Bacon with Hot Pepper

Cut the sausage into thin slices for later use.

Wash the hot peppers, remove the seeds and shred them for later use.
3.
Chop green onion, mince ginger and set aside.
4.
Heat the oil, add the green onion and ginger and sauté until fragrant.
5.
Add the sausage and stir fry evenly.
6.
Add shredded pepper and stir fry evenly.
7.
Add in the very fresh soy sauce and stir fry until broken.
8.
Add an appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry evenly.
9.
Platter.
Tips:
The amount of salt can be increased or decreased according to personal taste
