Stir-fried Bacon with Snow Peas-delicious Home Cooking in Winter

Shred the snow peas, then break each pod into two pieces (so that the fried bacon is more delicious)

Slice the sausage and bacon into a bowl for later use, and cut the pepper leaves into strips for later use.

If the bacon is fatter like me, you can fry it out on a low fire, then pour in the sausage and fry for about 1-2 minutes to let the bacon come out.

Adjust to medium heat, add chili and snow peas and stir-fry for 5-8 minutes. When the heat is turned off, add 5 drops of hemp oil and season with a small amount of salt.

For the rice bowl, fried snow peas with bacon is still delicious for lunch the next day, so I like to take it to work for lunch.
Tips:
1. Because bacon and sausage are easier to scorch, keep the heat at medium heat.
2. Salt must be used less. Salt seasoning is mainly to force the sweetness of snow peas. The bacon itself is sweet and salty, so you must put less salt.
3. Hemp oil is mainly used to increase the freshness and prevent constipation caused by eating too much bacon. Hemp oil has the effect of preventing constipation.
