After the new year, as the temperature gradually rises, the bamboo shoots will rise day by day, and the price will become cheaper and cheaper. A year ago, winter bamboo shoots cost more than 9 yuan and more than 10 yuan, and now spring bamboo shoots are only two yuan more than one. My mother bought ten jin for sour bamboo shoots that day. Today, my sister brought two more. There are still bacon in the refrigerator, so it's just right to fry bacon.

Tips:

1. I'm not good at picking spring bamboo shoots. I only know that if you pinch the roots with your hands, it will be tender if you can pinch them in easily. Don't have black patches on the outer shell, that would be bad, and the whole bamboo shoot is dry and not sticky. And pinch the shells of the bamboo shoots with your hands. If it feels loose and soaked, it looks large and light. It means that the bamboo shoots are very small, and they are basically bamboo shells. Don't buy them.
2. Fresh bamboo shoots should be blanched because they contain oxalic acid and have astringent taste.
3. Bamboo shoots contain a lot of crude fiber, so people with weak gastrointestinal digestion ability should eat less.
