Stir-fried Bacon with Spring Bamboo Shoots

Prepare spring bamboo shoots and bacon

Wash the spring bamboo shoots, peel and slice them

Boil water in a pot to boil the spring bamboo shoots to reduce the astringency

Boil the bacon until transparent and wash

Slice bacon, shred green onion, ginger and garlic

Pick up the frying pan and fry the bacon until it slowly becomes transparent

Add chopped pepper sauce, sauté the onion, ginger, garlic

Tips:
1. Both bacon and chopped pepper sauce have a salty taste, so add some salt.
2. Boiled spring bamboo shoots can remove oxalic acid.
