Stir-fried Bacon with Spring Bamboo Shoots

Cut celery into sections, cut red pepper into pieces, slice spring bamboo shoots, slice bacon and set aside.

Shred ginger, cut green onion into sections, slice garlic cloves, and chop small peppers for later use.

Heat the pan, add oil and wait for the oil to heat up, then add ginger and small peppers and stir fry until fragrant.

Add bacon and stir fry until fragrant.

Put an appropriate amount of dark soy sauce to color.

Then add spring bamboo shoots and stir fry.

Then stir fry the red pepper and celery.
8.
Finally add black fungus and stir fry.

Finally, put the garlic slices, salt, and chicken essence, and start the pot.
Tips:
The spring bamboo shoots can pass the water first. I have not used the water because I personally think that the water will affect the original bamboo shoots fragrance of the spring bamboo shoots.
