Stir-fried Bacon with Wormwood

The ingredients are shown in the picture;

Remove the old tendons of Artemisia reed, wash and cut into sections, and slice bacon;

Heat the pot on the heat, add the bacon directly and stir-fry to get the oil (mine is a little fatter, so there is no oil in it, and a little bit of oil in lean bacon)

Stir-fry the bacon to get the oil, this time the whole kitchen is delicious~^_^

Add the wormwood and stir fry

Stir fry for 1-2 minutes until the reed wormwood is broken, add in the right amount of salt and monosodium glutamate and leave the pan
Tips:
1. The bacon tastes salty, so put less salt~
2. Reed wormwood salad and fried food are both good choices. I personally like to pair with bacon or ham, meat and vegetables. It is simple, but the taste is excellent~
