Stir-fried Bailing Mushrooms with Quail Eggs

1. Finely chop green onions and slice Bailing Mushrooms.

2. Beat the quail eggs into a bowl and beat them up.

3. Put the oil in the pot and heat it into the egg liquid to set the shape and remove it.

4. Saute the shallots in the base oil, add Bailing Mushrooms, add a little water and salt and stir fry.

5. Put the Bailing Mushroom into the quail egg softly.
