Stir-fried Bamboo Shoots with Pork Belly and Snow Peas

Ingredients: cooked pork belly (sliced), snow peas (picked and washed), bamboo shoots (cleaned and cut into sections)

Put the picked and washed snow peas into a pot of clean water, boil them until they are broken, and remove them.

Heat the oil in the saucepan, add the cooked pork belly and add some light soy sauce.

Stir fry.

Next, add the cut bamboo shoots and stir fry.

Then, add the blanched snow peas and stir fry.

Finally, add the right amount of sugar.
