I didn’t go out to buy vegetables when it was hot. I found only bean curd and oily lettuce at home. I don’t want to stir-fry them separately, so I just want to make a mix and match. It's quicker, fresher, and more nutritious and tasteful.

1. Cut the bean curd into strips.

Tips:
