Stir-fried Bean Curd with Lettuce

Cut the bean curd into strips.

The lettuce is cleaned and cut.
3.
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.

Add the bean curd.
5.
Add some soy sauce and stir fry a few times.
6.
Add the lettuce.
7.
With salt.
8.
Season with chicken essence and stir fry.
9.
Plate.
Tips:
1. Add a little soy sauce and stir fry tofu skin to make it more fragrant;
2. Add more oil in an appropriate amount, and stir-fry the greens.
