Stir-fried Bean Sprouts

Prepare mung bean sprouts and wash them.
2.
Cut some ginger, garlic and shallots.
3.
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.
4.
Add bean sprouts and stir fry over high heat.
5.
Add some chives.
6.
Season with chicken essence and stir well.
7.
Plate.
