Stir-fried Bean Sprouts
1.
Bean sprouts, red hot peppers are cleaned, and the buns are ready. You can increase or decrease the amount of glutinous rice and bean sprouts according to how much you can eat. In my picture, it is only half of it. There are too many to take pictures.
2.
Cut the red hot pepper into sections, leave it if you don’t like it, or put some other peppers if you like it.
3.
Heat up the wok, add a proper amount of cooking oil, and then add the chili section to fry the flavor.
4.
Put the cleaned bean sprouts in and stir fry.
5.
When the bean sprouts are almost sautéed, add a spoonful of soy sauce and half a spoon of salt (because there is salt when making the bun, so you can put a little bit less here), stir fry with a spoonful of seasonings, and then add half a bowl Plain water.
6.
Finally, add the buns and stir fry a few times, and you can get out of the pot. You don't need to drain the water completely. The glutinous rice is more absorbent, and even if it is not dried, it will be absorbed by the glutinous rice after a while. Of course, you can put less water if you like it dry.
Tips:
1. When buying buns, try to choose the freshly fried ones, which are more fragrant. \n\n2. Vegetables can be replaced with cabbage, small greens and the like. The buns can also be fried with eggs, they are also very delicious. \n
