Stir-fried Bean Sprouts with Dried Tofu

A piece of dried tofu, a small box of mung bean sprouts.

Shred dried tofu and chopped green onion.

Blanch the dried tofu to remove the beany taste.

Blanch the mung bean sprouts too.
