My cousin’s house has been applying mung bean sprouts again since summer, so I ate some of the mung bean sprouts in our house.

Stir-fried Bean Sprouts with Pickles

1. Wash the mung bean sprouts from the roots and drain the water

2. Ready chopped pickles

3. Add chopped green peppers to the frying pan and stir fry

4. Then add pickles and stir fry

5. Add mung bean sprouts

6. You can add some water when frying

7. Add a little salt and cook for two minutes

Tips:

The pickles are a bit salty, so the amount of salt should be controlled
