Stir-fried Bean Tendons with Cucumber

Ingredients: Cucumber, bean tendon (soaked), garlic (crushed)

Wash the cucumber.

Cut into thick slices on the chopping board and set aside.

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, then put the garlic sauce in the saucepan.

Next, add the cut cucumber and stir fry.

Then, stir fry the soaked bean tendons.
7.
Finally, add the right amount of salt.

Add the right amount of soy sauce.
9.
Stir-fry well and serve.
